Accessibility
Our approach to making Loopcom usable by everyone, and how to tell us when we have fallen short.
1. Our approach
We build the Loopcom website and applications to be usable with a keyboard alone, with a screen reader, at increased zoom and with reduced motion. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA for this website.
2. What we have done
This site uses semantic structure and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, text and interface contrast measured against the guidelines rather than estimated, form fields with associated labels and clear error messages, and honours the operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
3. Known limitations
We list known limitations here as they are identified rather than claiming the site is perfect.
4. Telling us about a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this website or in a Loopcom application, contact onboarding@loopcom.net or telephone (845) 723-1213. Tell us the page or screen and what happened, and we will respond and tell you what we intend to do.
5. Accessible communications
Customers who need an accessible arrangement should contact us and we will discuss what we can support.
